Healthy Banana Cookies (3 Ingredient, Vegan)

These Healthy Banana Cookies are so easy to make and are delicious. They are Vegan and made with 2 main Ingredients -bananas and oats. They are perfect for breakfast, or afternoon snack for your toddler, preschool, or tween.

  1. Peel and cut the bananas and add them to a blender. Blend until smooth.

  2. In a bowl add oats and bananas and mix until all oats are no longer dry. If after you mixed blended bananas there are still dry oats, add a little bit of water to the dough. 

  3. If using, add the dry fruit and incorporate in the cookies.

  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using your hands form cookies from the dough and add to the baking sheet.  It should make around 12 cookies.

  5. Bake at 350 F for 10 mins. Let them cool off for few minutes before serving.
