Plate with Mongolian Beef and Broccoli over rice

This Mongolian Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry made with fresh ginger and Coconut Aminos, tastes heavenly and the entire family fell in love with it, the first time I made it. I also made it when we had company, and everyone loved it including the children.  It is super easy to make and it’s healthy and refreshing. Because of allergies, I replaced soy sauce with coconut aminos, in order to be gluten-free and soy-free. I love coconut aminos, it tastes amazing and is such a great alternative to soy sauce.
