Vegan Chocolate Ganache

Easiest Vegan Chocolate Ganache, requires only 2 ingredients. It's delicious and smooth and super easy to make.It can be used as vegan frosting for chocolate cake, or cupcakes, as a healthy chocolate fruit dip, or ice-cream topping. It's dairy-free, gluten-free, egg-free, nut-free, soy-free.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 7 tbsp Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add the cocoa powder with maple syrup.
  2. Using a hand or stand mixer, or using a spoon, mix the two ingredients, until you get a silky smooth mixture.
  3. Important, especially if you mix the ingredients manually, when you first start to mix the two you will think you might need to add more liquid because the cocoa doesn't seem to mix in.
  4. However, keep mixing until all cocoa powder is incorporated it with the maple syrup
  5. If it tastes too dark, than you can add in more sweetener. Just start with a small amount since maple syrup and honey are pretty sweet and you will not need much to change the sweetness.
  6. Follow the same steps if it turns too sweet, you can add a little bit of cocoa at the time.
  7. You can use the chocolate ganache instead of frosting for chocolate cake, or chocolate cupcakes. You can also add it to your kids ' lunches for a healthy chocolate fruit dip.
